Ngọc brings expertise and real-world experience to the Agile world. Certified by Scrum.org with both PSM I and PSF Skills Batch, she is one of the few practitioners in Vietnam who have successfully implemented Agile and Scrum across a wide range of industries — from manufacturing to private equity.

Mr. Khoa is an experienced Scrum Mentor who specializes in helping teams in Vietnam turn their intentions into concrete actions through Agile coaching combined with emotional intelligence (EQ).
